Shopping with HARBOR DAWSON

These terms govern your use of harbordawson.com and purchases from HARBOR DAWSON. By placing an order, you agree to the terms presented at the time of purchase. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or guardian authorized to make the purchase.

Product information and ordering

Review the product's dimensions, materials, finish, included components, and assembly requirements before ordering. Screen settings and lighting can affect how a finish appears, and natural materials can vary in grain. These differences do not excuse supplying an item that materially differs from its description.

Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Shipment confirmation indicates that the order has been dispatched. If an item is unavailable, a material listing error is discovered, or a transaction cannot be verified, HARBOR DAWSON will contact you and either obtain agreement to the proposed correction or cancel and refund the affected purchase. No higher price or substitute item will be imposed without your consent.

Cancellation and address changes: contact within 24 hours

To request cancellation or a delivery-address change, email support@harbordawson.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Use “Cancel Order” or “Address Change” in the subject line and include your order number. For an address change, include the complete corrected address. The 24-hour window means elapsed hours, including weekends and holidays; the time your email is received determines whether your request was made within the window.

Requests are reviewed during support hours. A request is not completed until HARBOR DAWSON confirms it by email. Orders can enter fulfillment during the first 24 hours, so the request window is not a guaranteed cancellation or rerouting period. HARBOR DAWSON will make reasonable efforts to stop or update an order that has not been dispatched. After dispatch, an address correction or cancellation may no longer be possible. If cancellation cannot be completed, eligible items can be returned under the Return and Refund Policy. This procedure does not restrict rights relating to shipment delays, defective goods, or other rights provided by law.

Confirmed cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days.

The Return and Refund Policy governs returns after delivery. Those policies form part of the purchase terms and are available separately so the operational rules have one clear home.

Responsible use of the store

Do not use the website to make fraudulent purchases, interfere with its operation, access accounts without permission, or submit unlawful content. If you create an account, keep access credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access. HARBOR DAWSON may restrict misuse of the website, while continuing to address legitimate obligations on existing orders.

Product use and consumer rights

Use furniture according to the product instructions and stated purpose, and follow assembly and care guidance. Do not use a side table as seating or a step. HARBOR DAWSON remains responsible for obligations that applicable law places on a seller. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory warranties, remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Questions, disputes, and updates

Contact support@harbordawson.com first with an order-related concern so HARBOR DAWSON can review it. These terms are governed by applicable US federal law and the law of Kentucky, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. They do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive access to remedies available by law.

Updates apply prospectively from publication. The terms in effect when you ordered govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or you expressly agree otherwise. Business identification and correspondence information are available on the Contact Us page.
